The home is 37.7 km | 18.3 miles or about a 30-min-to-an hour’s drive (depending on traffic) from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Check your mobile map apps for driving time, as it varies based on the time of day. If you're not driving, it’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. Other Things to Note:
The garage remote must be returned at check out, or there will be a $300 CAD charge.
There is an additional electricity fee for stays of over 28 days.
There is a gas BBQ grill available for use. Just remember to close the gas intake when finished using it!
There is no daily housekeeping, but a cleaning lady comes once a week. This is a required cleaning (at no additional cost) and will be coordinated with you during your stay. (The service does not include changing bedsheets or cleaning dirty dishes).
A pool cleaner and gardener come every weekend. We’ll message you ahead of time as to their arrival.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you run out of something, you’ll need to purchase more.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit of $1,000 CAD is required upon arrival, and the amount will be returned to you before you check out, provided there’s no damage or anything requiring repair due to an incident during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premise is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or to cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Small pets are allowed with prior authorization, but you’ll be expected to leave the home clean. Otherwise, a $300 pet fee will apply and coverage of any damage potentially caused by your furry friends.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will greet you upon arrival to provide a tour and instructions about the house. In the event of a very late check-in, we’ll give you the garage code for self-entry and leave the keys in the dining room. However, an in-person meet-up will be necessary the following day. The check-in visit is required as we need to explain how to operate various elements of the home, such as the pool heating, etc.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
